You could try the demo when it hits PSN. See if the button layout is to your liking.
Actually the only time i see blur is when it's prolonged running involved just like Mirrors Edge. If i'm not mistaken they had a article up about the blur tech and light tech they are using for Killzone. It was a design choice not a "cover up" choice like GTA4 was. I don't like blur filters that seem like they are just covering up blemishes.

It's pretty easy using L2 with R1 to fire. When i play TF2 on Ps3 (yes i do play it, amazing game but has quite a bit of glitches). I use L2 for alt fire and R1 for shoot and i play Demoman/Spy so i use the combo of both buttons alot. I'm quite glad it has a different control layout than CoD. People would just say "Oh it's like CoD4, same layout but a little slower and with classes". Glad it has it's own feel.
I loved circuit city. They were always the cheaper of the big box retailers here in new york. The people in there was nice as well. I hope they stay in business.
Glad to see LBP win another GoTY award. Definitely my personal game of the year for 2008. Media Molecule won best dev as well. Very nice.
World of Color was alright but the haunted mansion is probably my favorite level from that guy. It's an amazing level. The god of war level i played back in the beta with my friend. Going through that level with 2 people was insanely fun.
I'm not a launch Ps3 guy buy i'am a Ps3 60 gig owner. Got mines after the e3 07 price drop before they fazed them out for good. Best gaming decision i ever made. I had a $100 circuit city gift card that i still had left over from christmas and got my 60 giger for $400. More than a steal.
Yeah i can definitely agree with that sentiment. I'm not going to be going nutzo on games like i did last year though. Probably will only buy 7 games for the entire year.
Dark Void looks a little too cheesy for my liking. I did like the movie rocketeer though which looks like what the game was sort of based off of.
Visually Prototype looks more polished to me so far. Infamous looks like it could use quite a bit of polish. But i'm more intrigued with the premise of being able to be a bad guy or a good guy in Infamous. Not so much as a already defined path. And i've always had a thing for electric powers in different stories. I'm glad to see that the different powers are being worked around electricity but the animations to me still just doesn't seem smooth.
I've said this once, i'll say it again. It needs better animations. Besides that the game looks intriguing.
When i think hack and slash i think more or something akin to Dynasty Warriors. Mindless violence with waves of enemies etc. GoW and DMC for example i look at more like action adventure games. Where it's not quite JUST about mindless action but has some sort of puzzle/platforming aspects as well.
300,000 levels made, i'm surprised there's not more yet. It definitely seems like more. I'm glad LBP is doing so good. Hopefully it'll continue to sell and MM will continue to bring out new/better tools.
Funny stuff. "dancing gangbang trap". But like i said of the beta, needs more stuff. Until then it's pretty boring. A laugh here and there and nothing much beyond that. Come on give us the ability to stream music from our Hard Drive throughout our Home apartments.
Looks much better than before and i can see how it reminds me of that Hulk game on Ps2/xbox.
My favorite franchise is GoW, i was scared that the second game would have been a little diluted since Jaffe wasn't behind it and it turned out to be even better than the first. I heard there's an in house guy who worked on both GoW games at the helm for 3 so i'm fully confident that the series will go out with a bang. Not a whimper. But stranger things have happened.
If you feel that way about someone disagreeing with you on gaming i'd hate to see how you would react to something more serious to gaming.

Yeah it started out pretty interesting and cool. Then the story and narrative just felt REALLY rushed. Also i was surprised that the girl ended up being that other warrior. Had they built up Tenno's relationship with her and the story overall i think the game would have been much better.
Still the game turned out to be a solid, fun little game. I agree with more weapons as well. The predator style cloak was pretty cool though.
This was a sad read. When i was younger i was a huge sonic fan up until Sonic Adventure 1 on the Dreamcast. Forcing them to churn out sh*tty Sonic games breaks my gaming heart.
@Nice_Cuppa: The game deters you from shooting as much as possible. And when you do go to fire a weapon prepare to say "Why the hell did they even put them in here?".
Exactly what i think Thom. It'll get alot of "Oh i didn't know there was another Halo game coming out" sells. But i think alot of people who pick it up won't like that it's a RTS. I'm not a big RTS fan myself and there hasn't been not 1 RTS that has done really good on a console. Just look at Endwar. For all it's "innovation" and being a rts that is finally done right on a console it pretty much tanked.
